| Our Observation Hive is the perfect item for using at fairs, shows, beekeeping talks in schools or for other groups or just displaying your bees to your friends. The body of the hive is made from cedar, with carrying handles for easy moving. The hive has room for two BN Brood frames and one BN Super frame (frames not supplied), so just add your own frames with active bees on and you have the perfect way of showing off your bees to your audience. The hive comes with two plywood side panels which can be removed to reveal two clear perspex sheets (please note that on delivery the perspex will be covered with protective film to prevent scratching) so that you can see into the hive and watch all that wonderful bee activity. If you wish to use glass instead of the perspex then just use one of the perspex sheets as a template and source your own glass.
